Presentation Computation modes Card selection Profile Editor Release notes |
Poker Odds (available on Android Market) is an ergonomic and powerfull application wich allows you to know what are your exact chances of winning on a Texas Hold'em table with a given hand against up to 7 opponents.
Poker Odds is able to compute odds even if you don't know your opponent's hands.
You can also create your own players profile by setting the hand configuration a player will play or not. For example, if you know that one of your opponents is only playing brodway hands (2 cards between A and 10) or pairs, you can create such a profile and assign it to a player on the table. The application then computes your winning odds versus such a player.
You can configure up to 5 different profiles.
Poker Odds provides 4 computation modes:
Fast : get a rapid result of your winning chances
Medium : get a bit more accurate result
Accurate : let the application taking time to give you the most accurate odds !
Continuous : application computes odds in background, refreshing odds on the screen in real time
For each player, click on one of its card to assign him a hand. The deck is then displayed with still available cards (cards already assign are removed from the deck). You can then choose to assign to the player :
1 or 2 Cards : click on a card on the deck
A profile : click on one of the 5 profiles. Player will then play with one of the hands compliant with this profile (see here after for profile definition).
A range of cards : give in the text field area a list of hands (2 cards !) the player may have and then click on the [Set] button.
Hands are defined by AbXy where :
- A and X are card value (A,K,Q,J,T,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2)
- b and y are color (h,s,d,c)
Separate hands with a comma ','. Example : AhAs,KhKs,QhQs
A Profile Editor allows you to define up to 5 player profiles. A profile is
defined by a set of hands a player will play. For example, you can define a
profile with following hands :
- All brodway hands (two cards between A and 10, suited or not)
- All pairs
- All suited
Profile Editor is design as a matrix of possible hands, suited or not. Just highlight hands you want to play. You can also use shortcut buttons to automatically highlight part of the matrix.
